Aishwarya won Miss Berhampur title in Class X.Then she chose to anchor 'Ananya', a show on ETV and did TV serials like 'Maha Yagna' (DD), 'Jeevan Dhara' (DD), 'Bhoomika' and 'Tulasi' (both ETV) subsequently. After winning Miss Kolkata in 2004, she went to Mumbai to participate in the nationals of the same pageant and ended up as the second runner up in 2004. This event give her a lot of opportunities in Mumbai. Then she came to most popular sirials like 'CID', 'Jhume Jiya Re', 'Phir Koi Hai', 'Chabi Kisi Padosh Ki'.
When Aishwarya Pathi was in Bhubaneswar, she got a chance in Oriya film industry in role of Alfa in 'Mote Bohu Kari Nei Ja' Oriya movie directed by Choudhary Bikas Das. It is her first debut in Oriya Film Industry.
Mote Bohu Kari Nei Ja Oriya movie has been declared a super-hit and got good response of audience towards me as an actor has been welcoming. She loves to work with Prashant Nanda, Mahasweta Ray and Anubhav as they are my idols in this industry.
