Rangila toka is the upcoming new oriya film by Oscar movies after the super success of "Balunga Toka". Papu Pam Pam is a great comedy actor in Ollywood industry. Before he had done as co acters in some film and got popularity, but in Balunga Toka Oriya movie Papu Pam Pam is playing the leading character where Debjani is acting opposite Papu with Sidhant, Minaketan, Rajiv in the starcast. The film may release in Raja Sankranti 2012.
